The principals at JWA have been the sole designer for Sprint PCS for rooftops sites in GA and AL, since 2000. In this time period we have designed over 45 rooftop sites.

Our services included design site visit, lease exhibit, zoning drawings, construction documents, structural analyses on a wide variety of structure types, and site surveys.

Since we began working with Sprint on this assignment we have worked closely with the contractors for the site implementation to value engineer the projects.  Additionally we have worked with the contractors to make sure that special construction conditions are adhered to in particular with the numerous pre-stressed and post-tensioned buildings in Atlanta we have has to establish site testing requirements to assure that the building framework is not compromised.  Measures we have implemented include the use of ground penetrating radar to locate structural members imbedded into concrete.
