James Westbrook & Associates (JWA) was called upon to provide structural design of a new 9,000 s.f. building in Lawrenceville, Georgia. JWA provided  structural design services for this building.

The building is single story, wood frame on reinforced concrete foundation. Exterior finishes are stucco and brick.

Renovations to the existing building included mofifications to the existing roof framing system to match the addition.

JWA worked closely with Gwinnett County Plan Review Department on the structural parameters and design of this project.
