James Westbrook & Associates (JWA) was called upon to provide site planning and design for a new warehouse and office building in the City of Flowery Branch Georgia. The plans included the following:

1. Site plan and design.
2. Grading plan.
3. Erosion control plan.
4. Sanitary sewer plan and sewer profile.
5. Landscape plan.
6. Utility plan.

JWA worked closely with Hall County Soil & Water Conservation Department, Hall County Fire Department, City of Gainesville Public Utilities Department,  State Environmental Protection Division, and the City of Flowery Branch throughout the design process.
