JWA provided engineering services for site planning and design for a new mini storage facility in Flowery Branch Georgia. JWA provided the following:
- Site Plan and Design.
- Septic system design.
- Relocating driveway and raising elevation of front portion of site.
- Retaining wall design.
- Grading Plan and cut and fill analysis.
- Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan.
- Hydrology study and report.
- Submission of plans to Hall County for approval.
JWA worked closely with Hall County on the site plan and design requirements per local regulations and building codes. Also, worked closely with the client in reference to site planning and design, and development issues related to the parcel of land.
