JWA was called upon to provide engineering services for site planning and design for 14 new daycare facilities in Colorado, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Kansas, Indiana, New Jersey & Texas. JWA is to provide the following:

• Concept Plan & Feasibility Study.
• Site Plan and Design.
• Permitting.
• Rezoning/Special Use Permit-to include initial meeting with county, application submittal, and attendance at the county commission meeting(s).
• Survey-to include boundary, topo & tree.
• Hydrology studies.
• Drainage Analysis.
• Grading Plan.
• Utility Plan.
• Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan.
• Landscaping Plan.
• Structural Drawings-to include foundation plan, framing plan, and roof plans.
