James Westbrook & Associates (JWA) was called upon to provide site planning and design for a new food mart with a gas station in Atlanta Georgia. The plans included the following:

1. Site plan and design.
2. GaDOT highway improvement plans and permitting.
3. Grading plan.
4. Hydrology report.
5. Grading plan.
6. Hydrology report.
7. Erosion control plan.
8. Permitting, and variance preparation and approval.

 JWA worked very closely with the applicant and Fulton County on this project. This project falls within the Old National Highway Overlay District, which has stringent guidelines and criteria for development.
