JWA was called upon to provide engineering services for site planning and design for a new daycare facility in Grayson Georgia. JWA provided  the following:

1. Site Plan and Design.
2. Permitting.
3. Rezoning which included initial meeting with the county, application submittal, and attendance at the county commission meeting.
4. Hydrology study and report.
5. Grading Plan.
6. Utility Plan.
7. Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan.
8. Landscaping Plan.
9. Structural Drawings which included foundation plan, framing plan, and roof plans.

JWA worked closely with Gwinnett County on the rezoning issues associated with the development of this facility. Also assisted as liaison between the Gwinnett County Planning and Development Department  and the client in reference to site planning and design, and development issues related to the parcel of land.
