JWA provided a survey, conceptual site planning and building design, as well as a rendering for a school at a church outside Birmingham, Alabama.

• We recommended and provided a survey of the entire site in order to provide quality site planning services, described below, that the client could depend on for accuracy.

• The entire site was studied for the location that best suited the church’s needs.  In order to accomplish this several locations were evaluated for traffic and pedestrian flow as well as for site development costs.

• A conceptual building design was provided based on the recommended site location.

• In order to convey this vision to the congregation a color rendering and site plan were  presented in large format for the congregation to view.
